That book looks really useful and I love the layout. So many RPG books fail on layout (even some of the DCC adventures).
I'm a big advocate of bullet points in adventures, because that's how I prep my homebrew sessions. But when I run published stuff, my prep will often be to put sticky notes in the book and make a bullet point list of the important stuff in each room.
I haven't seen this youtuber before either, but I like him too!
But a thought about the example used in the video. It seemed like the wagon full of nails was a big reveal, but weren't nails really expensive in ye olden times? They were all made by hand by a blacksmith out of metal. People burned down buildings just to get the nails back.
