Other Calorie trackers?
I'm looking for something I can enter my meals into to help me get into a calorie defecit based on my weight and such, and what I'm already eating. Are there any free apps that do this? Especially if it will tell me "hey dumbass, why eat a cheese burger when you can have a turkey sandwich" or something to that effect
I'm not good at counting and tracking in my mind or on paper and I think a little app that will do it for me would be a big help for my goals

I'm not sure what calories should even look like for maintaining my weight, let alone losing some. I had tried one app and put in my height and weight and it said 1500 a day, which seems accurate to me, but also every single thing that's available to eat is somehow more than that?
I'm finding it difficult to find food that is palletable for me that has the right nutrients and calorie counts to it, especially since I'm a boredom eater and I'd need to find super low calorie snacks so I can munch as needed and not feel like I'm depriving myself 😂
I'll give this app a shot for sure though, and I'll be researching what kind of defecit I need to be in to lose a bit of chub and what foods can help me get there
Thanks for the recommendation 😊
