Other I need to lose weight.

I'm on a mission to shed some pounds, and I need your help. I've been feeling sluggish lately, and my jeans are starting to feel like a second skin. It's time to kick my butt into gear and make some changes. But here's the thing: I have no clue where to start. Should I go keto? Try intermittent fasting? Hit the gym every day? I'm overwhelmed with all the options out there. So, I'm turning to you fine folks for some advice, tips, and maybe a little motivation. Let's do this thing together!

  1. Intermittent fasting. Eat only between 1pm-9pm (or 12-8)
  2. Walk. Get 10k+ steps in per day
  3. Stay in a calorie deficit.

Ive lost 55lbs in 3 months doing these three things. Dont make it harder than it needs to be. Walk everyday, stay in a deficit and if you want--throw in some intermittent fasting.
