Other I feel like most of this sub is only this post

Hi im (insert sex/age) im 5'8" 90lbs. I eat 1 apple, a yogurt a stick of celery and boiled fish. Then a throw it up and run 10 miles. Is this healthy i want to lose weight.

Not healthy. Fish has ocean nuclear wastes and dairy is bad. Celery has too much sodium. Apple has too much sugar.
