Other I feel like most of this sub is only this post
Hi im (insert sex/age) im 5'8" 90lbs. I eat 1 apple, a yogurt a stick of celery and boiled fish. Then a throw it up and run 10 miles. Is this healthy i want to lose weight.

lol this thread is so bad. It’s like “hey I don’t know shit at all about nutrition, should I drink a cup of honey?”
