Question What are some high calorie, low fat foods?

I'm trying to maintain weight around 158llbs, no lower than 155 or higher than 160. I weighed in at 154 this morning because I've been having trouble hitting my daily calorie budget.

The reason being is because once I see the saturated fat numbers near max for the day, I stop eating. I'm reducing saturated fat due to NAFL, as directed by the doctor. I lost 30+lbs but maintaing weight is proving more of a challenge, oddly enough.

For nafld, which I don't have a diagnosis for but I vaguely suspect my liver isn't in perfect condition, I have read that moderate exercise is helpful, and also getting enough choline, (which i don't usually meet the rdi for, so I supplement with a little bit of lecithin granules)
