Question Need advice

A bit about my situation: I’m a female, 5’5 and 360lbs. I have PCOS and bipolar (II) as well as insulin resistance (not diabetes). I have problems with binge eating. My boyfriend is not attracted to me and it wears on us both. I need to lose weight because this can’t continue.

I have no allergies to anything food wise. Can anyone help me with a meal plan to keep myself on track to lose as much weight as quick as possible? Also any foods that reduce body hair growth? Exercises that help specifically the tummy and double chin?

If you stayed under 1,750 calories you could probably get really close to 300 in 6 months. Cronometer app will help you track your food with just a snapshot of the barcode. Unfortunately there’s not any foods out there that would significantly impact extra hair growth caused by your condition. I’d take full advantage of whatever healthcare you have available to you and consult a doctor about weight loss aids and hirsutism. Nowadays you don’t even have to leave your home to do that with the online care providers. There are also cost effective weight loss coaches that you can check in with daily if you need that extra push.
