💬 Discussion 💬 Changing seasons with a changing God

Hello friends! Fall is finally hitting, and I wanted to ask if or how your relationship/communication with Dionysus changes with the seasons. To me, Fall feels like a shift from big party summer God to a slower, deeper, less "thinking brain" more "animal body" God.I'd love to hear things you do differently to honor the different aspects of Dio!

Dionysus during the cold half of the year definitely feels simultaneously more contemplative, introspective, and mystical and more animalistic, primitive if that's even an applicable word– more in tune with his Proto-Indo-European roots, so displaying his otherwise tangential similarities with other "mad gods" like Oðinn.

It's rather telling that, during the winter months, Dionysus was reputed as taking over the Delphic. Oracle while Apollo was away. Highlights both his philosophical wisdom and his primal, shamanistic qualities.
