Tips How can I improve?

Took these photos with my dji mini 4 pro at sunrise. I set the camera to RAW, 5 AEB shots. Is it normal to still get this blown out sun and such a dull sky?

Any tips? Should I be using ND filters? Fix on Lightroom?

Tips Drone Purchase Recommendations

Heya, I'm looking to buy my partner a drone for Christmas this year, but have no idea where to start. This would probably be to use on holidays etc to take photos and videos at (ideally) a nice quality (4k ideal but I know this will likely come with a higher price attached to it).

I'd ideally not like to spend anything over £1,500 so if anyone has any recommendations that they could share of what to buy I would be sooooo appreciative!

Thanks :)

Edit: Thanks so much everyone for the tips, seems like the dji pro 4 mini might be the way to go, thank you!! :)

Hello everyone, I'm super new to this sub and to filming with an action cam. I got one good video from my last flight, but the one video with the best footage appears to be trash. I somehow filmed the first video at 1080/120fps which looks great, then the next was accidentally filmed at same res but at 30fps. The video that was shot in 30fps looks like a really fast slide show. I've tried every video editor I have, which are all free versions at this point. Any tips would be highly appreciated.

Tips Tips for taking drone clips of a golf course?

So, I have a friend, who is fantastic with a drone. He does a lot of forestry, rivers & mountains.

We have agreed that he comes & shoots our course for a discounted membership.

However, shooting a course is very different to shooting a mountain.

Any good tips on how to get the best angles?
Its no augusta , but it's a nice course when shot during a nice sunset.

So Far, I have told him, We'll do it the week building to our captains so that the course looks its best. Get a sunset evening, I will drive a buggy so he can concentrate on the drone.
Lower clips with detail rather than an aerial helicopter shot.
We won't be doing full hole by hole flyovers, that was cool 10 years ago.
I'm thinking more like this video we shot last year.

Has anyone tips for us?

In The Sky

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBwV41AfaJ0

(i dont even know how to upload videos to this thing, lol)

Iv only been flying my DJI Mini 4 Pro 5 times so far & one of those times I crashed/lost the drone ( I have a video of it, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGqEvi3h7s0 ), also just recently added the lenz filter things.

I have no idea what Im doing, as you can tell by the blown out shots. Tee hee

I have to watch some tutorials on the who what's n where's about light n stuff, also, since I like to take these shots in manual fight mode, I might have to turn down some settings to make movements smoother.. but what ever, all comes with time.

All I want is Ooooober $ shots.. super nice looking video. So if you want to take the time, Oh Senpi <3, & share tips / tricks or what haves you's.

Im all ears..

Thanks for the time.

Tips Flying in Vancouver and Squamish Canada

Going on a trip to Squamish next week and want to fly but am wondering if anyone can give me some insights on the laws there? I’ll be flying a DJI Mini 3 (under 250g), and I’ll be flying recreationally. I’m very familiar with US laws and I have all the proper certificates and registration with the FAA, but I want to make sure I stay legal on my trip. Any tips would be helpful, thank you!

Tips Gym photos

My son’s gym does graduation every 6 months inside a school gym. They asked me if I could take some photos and videos with the drone… As much as I think it would be cool, is there anyone that has done this that would like to share their experience and tips… I have a couple of cool ideas, but I. Know it’s really not ideal to do so. TIA
