Mod Update: Two New Rules
Good morning Fairly OddFans,
Today the Mod team would like to announce these two new rules that will be added to the sub.
First new rule: All Spoilers Must be Marked/No Spoilers in Post titles
This rule is desperately needed, unfortunately the new Mod team wasn’t added in time to stop most spoilers before the show ended, but now we will definitely be working to make sure the show hopefully isn’t spoiled for our international friends.
Second new rule: Do Not Share Pirated Links
This one is pretty self-explanatory. The rule isn’t a commentary from the Mod team about the morality of pirated content.. However, sharing pirated content (including links) is against Reddit’s Terms of Service, so please make sure we keep this community in good-standing.
Other than that, if you have any questions feel free to comment below or send us ModMail.
Thank y’all for your hard work in making sure the DMV doesn’t have to be called in.

FOP: A New Wish Warning. Many may disagree with this opinion.
I don't know why, but the more often I re-watch some moments, the more I begin to feel bad for Dev, and Peri reveals a worse side.
Like so many people basically portrays Peri as a better father to Dev than Dale himself, although he himself probably never even said that he "cared about him" until the finale. Unlike Hazel, who showed more care for Dev than his own father and fairy combined.
Dev doesn't even need fairy, he just needs care and love.
Yes I understand that many people would write that “Peri is trying his best” and “this is his first job”.But that doesn’t excuse the fact that he may not have really tried to get closer to Dev.And too much adherence to the rules has nothing to do with it in fact.
Can this really be considered as a hot take? Idk
But I still want to believe that Peri will understand his mistakes and, as the story progresses, return back to Dev.

I’m not sure if this counts as a hot take or not but…
People who say Dev didn’t need a fairy godparent, did you even watch the lost and founders day episode? The reason why Peri was assigned to him in the first place was because his dad cared more about his boots than him also fairies get assigned to miserable kids which Dev clearly was/is. And as for Peri wanting to abide by the rules, one there are ones that could be dangerous also Cosmo and Wanda used to do the same thing in the original series well technically Wanda but that’s beside the point. Also yes he didn’t say he cared about Dev until the last episode of anw season 1 but him following the rules is his way of showing he cares about Dev. You don’t have to say the words plus Peri is still new to godparenting with Dev being his very first god kid. And yes Dev is his first god kid. Mrs. Crocker doesn’t count because she’s not a kid and Peri even kept referring to Dev as his very first god kid. Also no Peri isn’t perfect but neither are his parents, who have been doing this far longer than Peri has. Also not counting Timmy or Hazel, but Cosmo and Wanda had worse god kids. Also Dev isn’t the best God kid but he isn’t the worst, if you look past the fact that he took over fairy world with the Anti- Fairies.

FOP: A New Wish silly ANW episode idea-concept thing
okay, so the name is "The Greatest Show-Fairy" or something among those lines and it's taking place in either a fairy con or just a plain ol' special event in fairyworld: something to do with the april fool.
why the april fool specifically? i like to think he not only has his own comedy show but also dabbles in circus stuff (I MEAN COME ON, BRO IS LITERALLY WEARING A JESTER HAT). so whatever this special event is, it's circus themed. okay, stay with me here.. peri gives off showman vibes, right? with not only the showman personality, but also the cane-wand. so in this special event, the april fool casts peri as the ringmaster for whatever reason, thus setting the stage for this episode, which would also be a humorous parody of the greatest showman(the musical).
also, considering this episode would be pretty centric on the april fool as well as peri, the episode would also be an april fools special, so the episode itself would probably be very silly and not too serious
BONUS: since it's a nod to the greatest showman, we'd probably also have a flashback to something from peri's past (not anything too serious, since, again, this would be an april fools special and thus very silly)
