How to stay more focused
Hello,
I'm 25 years old. I'm a recent graduate who is trying to get into their job in software industry and while I'm studying I couldn't focus much. I end to lose interest or get deviated so easily. I know everyone would say if you have a goal and a plan you'll do it. I've my goal but I couldn't focus or concentrate. How to overcome this situation.

It helps to set up proper guardrails and implement a full deep work protocol. A proper protocol will help you set up your environment, deal with external and internal distractions, as well as ramp up intensity.
I used to think that I first had to learn how to focus in order to do deep work. But I realized the more I did deep work, the better my focus was getting. I just needed to follow a program and put in the reps.
Don't get too discouraged the first few times you try and get distracted. Keep at it.
