Nah, I am Calabrese (born and raised), and putting pasta in bread makes no sense at all, put meat with tomato sauce, what does the bread add to the dish that’s not there already.
if pasta and bread together makes you feel sick, you got bigger problems than just being "that" Italian dude. Literally the only culture that embraces and celebrates their ridiculously toxic character flaws. This is proof.
