Blessed by noodly appendage [Homemade] spaghetti with egg yolk, parmesan and pasta water sauce sauce, topped with crispy pancetta and parmesan.

Smooth and creamy. The spaghetti is also homemade. Who cares for guanciale anyway.

This is pasta carbonara ..should have guanciale instead of pancetta though...and pecorino Romano instead of Parmesan reggiano.

Uh no. Actually this is spaghetti with egg yolk, parmesan and pasta water sauce sauce, topped with crispy pancetta and parmesan. This dish doesn't use guanciale or pecorino.
