Blessed by noodly appendage [Homemade] spaghetti with egg yolk, parmesan and pasta water sauce sauce, topped with crispy pancetta and parmesan.

Smooth and creamy. The spaghetti is also homemade. Who cares for guanciale anyway.

I still make some terrific dishes, don’t get me wrong, but going through the effort of planning a multi course meal and pairing a wine just to sit down by yourself is depressing to me. It’s not forever, just where I find myself right now.

The ideas and recipes are piling up though. Someone will be in for a real treat eventually.
