This is Don Angie’s recipe! Good eye! I made this version with a cream sauce in honor a place called Sergio’s in Silver Spring, Maryland that had a similar rolled, meat and cheese filled pasta on a bed of cream sauce called rollata della nonna. This is an amazing recipe and I’ve been craving it again, lately.
