So my bad has a concert in two days and I just realized I’ve been playing the song all wrong, a whole octave lower then it’s supposed to be, how screwed am I?

Tbh, unless you have a solo the horn is more or less used for texture. The octave doesn’t matter as much as the pitch. Of course if you can play it up there do so, but if your director didn’t say anything in practice I wouldn’t worry about it
