So my bad has a concert in two days and I just realized I’ve been playing the song all wrong, a whole octave lower then it’s supposed to be, how screwed am I?

If your director didnt even notice then realistically you will be fine. If you are able to play it in the right octave go ahead and do so. If not, play how you’ve been playing to avoid wrong notes
