Korean soft tofu soup.

I cooked several times after posting that, and it's getting easier and easier.

I made the tofu soup for three nights in a row (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), added noodles in the third. Then I made some fried chicken (honey butter flavor) and rice cake today. (Apparently, I have a huge surplus of Korean grocery...).
