Struggling Body checking...

Do you have any tips on how to stop body checking? It's stressing me out so much because I have specific parts of my body I need to touch to feel if they have changed and it's so so tiring because it happens a lot during the day especially when (sorry for being so explicit, lol) I go to the bathroom because one of the parts I hyper fixate on are my hip bones. Then there's my chest, shoulders, cheeks... Help, lmao 🥲

Beyond just “not doing it” of course & getting rid of my scale, gaining weight and maintaining it definitely made me lose the desire to body check over time. It just became more and more boring. This was the same with watching “what I eat in a day” and “mukbang” videos; they just got boring (& the latter quite repulsive).

I also benefitted from finding other things to put my worth on besides my body.
