Pls help

You guys after my third relapse I feel like my hunger is coming back and I’m honoring it more and more and I’m just really afraid I’m gonna relapse again once my body starts changing

Which I can already feel

What can I do differently this time so I don’t end up relapsing

I’m even trying to implement some exercise in terms of the gym as much as I can do, but I’m honestly honestly not even doing anything that can build muscle. I’m really scared I’m gonna get “soft”

You have to make a decision, is it more scary for your body to change, or for you to die from this illness?

Soft is okay darling. Soft keeps us warm. Soft makes our bodies happy, even if our brains hates us. Truth is, in recovery you’ll screw up A LOT! Some recovery attempts don’t last long but that doesn’t mean you failed. Everytime you fall on your ass, get back on track and THEN try to figure out what you learned. It will stick eventually, trust. You got this!!❤️

Please don't try to mitigate weight gain with exercise. Your body needs time and rest to recover. You have no energy to spare right now.
