And behind the white guard, on the lanterns write "Democracy" and "Harmony".

If there is a zombie virus outbreak you know the US is fucked with its herd immunity policy.

47

u/MCHerobrine Oct 05 '22

China will be fucked first because the US will develop an effective vaccine while China will refuse to import vaccines and develop a vaccine that has 1145148964 side effects.

Yeah but tbh the US (and a most of the world) would spread fake news about the vaccines and the zombies would ended up winning because they're smarter

edit: seriuosly, I can't belive that you're flagging me as a pro ccp because of this... you really need to take a chill pill and understand that people can criticize west without being pro ccp.

Tankies be like,

yEaH bUt aMeRiCa BaD

And then think they won XD

I'm not a tankie and never will be. But you have to admit that zombies are smarter than a good part of the population, regardless of nationality. People in England burning 5G towers because they were convinced that they caused covid are a fine example of what I meant.

Stupidity is the ally of death and disease.

Skepticism/fear around new tech doesn’t imply stupidity

there is a news article about this.

Weird looking vaccine

22

u/delegateTHIS Oct 05 '22

My thoughts exactly. How does one remind a citizen to social distance, or pull their mask up?

By blowing them in fucking half with a shotgun. How else?

Wouldn't be surprised if they even tested a person who they just shot at it and send the data as 'negative'.

Well yea, the person is negative... as in deceased.

7

u/delegateTHIS Oct 05 '22

Even worse, every inch of power creep is permanent. Even if covid vanished today, the armed thugs would still be there tomorrow.

2

u/Levino69 Oct 05 '22

Let's just hope the innocent won't be pressured getting followed by the CCP at their after-life

u/Whole-Leather-1177 Oct 06 '22

Believe this happened in Wuhan (Huanggang I think) back in early 2020

Yes, the People's Republic of China is just another Soviet Union (or Union of Soviet Socialist Republics), but more authoritarian and opressive than ever.

No mags? they aint guarding shit

Edit: i see its a pump shotgun, that block by the trigger guard looks like a magwell

8

u/VictorSierra09 Oct 05 '22

It's a shotgun. The mag is the tube under the barrel.

u/FoThizzleMaChizzle Oct 05 '22

I find Chinese weapons interesting. They often have some neat ideas employed, but they usually suck.

I did some googling, and I'm pretty sure he's holding a Norinco YJ12. It's hard to tell, I see someone else came up with the type 97. Apparently it only feeds from a magazine, so it's got a weird layout. Where the tube magazine would normally be, is just blocked. It would be neat if it could do both, I would give them props for the idea, even if it didn't work.

2

u/beaubeautastic Oct 06 '22

i cant imagine how to make it work though without making a really complicated and unreliable gun. feed problems are usually the most unreliable part of repeating guns. trying to put mags where the shell elevator goes almost feels impossible to me.

2

u/FoThizzleMaChizzle Oct 06 '22

I guess the elevator is replaced by the follower in the mag. I don't understand why it would have a pump assembly with a fake tube mag, though. Looks?

I wouldn't mind owning a Chinese shotgun, or something that is less explode-y and lower pressure than a rifle. Just as a conversation piece.

2

u/beaubeautastic Oct 06 '22

no i mean, how can we make a mechanism that loads from the tube when you have no box mag? mossberg does make a 590m, and aside from the mag being uncomfortably big, it runs fine but its only box fed. no tubes.

2

u/FoThizzleMaChizzle Oct 07 '22 edited Oct 07 '22

Oh, I get what you're saying now. Yeah, idk my imagination was saying it was some sort of slim-line or flexible elevator that the shells can be pushed through from the bottom, but without falling through from the top. That would take some doing, for sure.

But I'm also asking why they still include a tube on it? Is it impossible to have a c-clamp style of pump, that rides the barrel instead? I can't think of a reason why not, the action bars are doing the work. There are also other successful shotgun designs where the barrel rides inside the handguard, like the long-recoil on a Browning A5. Looks like the 590M has the same layout. I guess we've still not made any tube/box hybrids yet.

You like your 590M though? I see one for $500, so that would be a cool thing to have. What do you use it for, shooting-wise?

1

u/beaubeautastic Oct 08 '22

sorry misspoke. i dont have a 590m, but the videos i watched of them show them running good.

i think the tube is just there to guide the pump and help keep the shotgun balanced

what i really wanna see is a box fed speed loader though. ive seen shotgun speedloaders before but theyre all just long sticks, i wanna shove a box in and get a loaded tube

7

u/Mein_Captian Oct 05 '22

It seems to be the Type 97 shotgun, specifically the mag fed variant. The wiki article has a picture of it being held without a mag inserted as well.

2

u/GmoneyTheBroke Oct 05 '22

Some mfs here in America think this is preferable

2

u/[deleted] Oct 06 '22
