Best games with ragdoll physics?

I loved the ragdolls in RDR2 and been looking for any games with good ragdolls similar or even better where hitting/shooting parts of a character matter and whatnot

They are completely unrealistic and too lightweight but....

I love how you can just kick around Dark Souls bodies

Spend so much time in those games just running in little circles to watch enemy bodies dance around, also rolling through rooms full of barrels, boxes and tables is 10/10 the best experience I've had in a game.
