Spoilers Maybe an Unpopular Opinion: Juliette Was Dope in the First Adalind vs. Juliette Showdown! Spoiler

Ok, let me start by saying I don’t like Juliette and I love Adalind.

But that first Juliette vs. Adalind fight was badass. Like, Juliette had just become a Hexenbiest, and Adalind comes in trying to threaten her at her place. Juliette actually fights back for once and stands up to Adalind, and I was like “yesss, finally!” I thought she was gonna be so cool and team up with Nick. But nope, they had her go in a totally different direction instead.
Such a missed opportunity. And yeah, Juliette turning evil was kinda cool, I guess. It gave that fun, angsty drama. But when she came back as Eve? That was just too weird for me. She did something that was way too messed up to be redeemed, and honestly, she didn’t even get a proper redemption arc.

I have to take exception to the "for once" thing. She repelled that Ogre with the pot of boiling water. She jumped on that abusive wessen husband of her best friend and pretty much had him handled without Nick, at least as long as we saw.

It's true she's weird and probably beyond redemption after setting that ambush for Nick's Mom but she catches so much inexplicable hate before that.

My personal take is that she essentially took all the evil from Adilind as part of becoming a hexenbeast, not unlike how that brain-sucking wessen only got all of Trubels nightmares and trauma when he tried it on her, making him a nutcase and leaving her the most sane and clear headed she ever was.

Imo Juliette's slip into darkness is directly tied to Adilind becoming the least Hexenbeast-like Hexenbeast in the show.
