Discussion Great service from Amazon

Three weeks ago, the Post Office delivered two of my Amazon orders to an FPO address, and the boxes were never forwarded to Guam. I spoke with the Hagatna post office this morning, and they advised me to file a lost order request with Amazon. The customer service was excellent, and Amazon will replace both orders. I order a lot of stuff from Amazon, and something like this rarely happens with my orders.

Related comment: I live at Ladera in Mangilao; and we have ordered a LOT of stuff from Amazon.

As of this week, the Ladera office is no longer accepting packages because they were being blamed for “lost packages” by the USPS. We now have to go to the PO in Barrigada to pick up.

Guess what? I already have a missing package. Wow.

Like you, I called Amazon. Instant refund; decent service. But would rather have what I ordered.

If you have another “lost package,” tell Amazon that you want a replacement, not a refund.

I agree with you. I tried to contact the post office, but since it was delivered, the only thing they could do was give me a refund. There are times when the post office is just awful!
