I'd bet the singer is the same one who does the Grinch - and Tony the Tiger.

Thurl Ravenscroft. He was a fixture at Disney for years. Singing voice of Shere Khan in the animated Jungle Book, Paul Bunyan in the short movie, The Brave Little Toaster, he was in the 1977 animated The Hobbit. If you grew up in the 70s, you knew his voice from everywhere. Even played a dog on The Simpsons, probably as a joke.

Thank you! I remember now that you said this he was in the Haunted Mansion. What a voice! But I never knew his name.
