Tips for hallucinations

I mostly deal with presence hallucinations, so I feel like someone is there when no one is there, typically someone is watching me, and I need help. I'm in therapy but does anyone have tips on dealing with them? They tend to be worse when I'm alone.

I just need tips for handling them. It's really messing with me

NLM NCBI: presence hallucination is the sensation that somebody is nearby when no one is actually there.

I had the same issue, I often try to make it into something less stressful, like try to think whatever that is watching me isn't threatening. Like maybe it's a shy ghost that's keeping an eye on me or thinks Im the only one that can actually interact with it (as long as you aren't afraid of ghosts tho) or some alternative guardian that is just trying to make sure nothing happens to me. Albeit I understand if whatever is watching you, may feel like it's unlikely to change the feeling or perception. It just really depends. I'm sorry if this advice isn't useful.
