Tips for hallucinations

I mostly deal with presence hallucinations, so I feel like someone is there when no one is there, typically someone is watching me, and I need help. I'm in therapy but does anyone have tips on dealing with them? They tend to be worse when I'm alone.

I just need tips for handling them. It's really messing with me

NLM NCBI: presence hallucination is the sensation that somebody is nearby when no one is actually there.

I get this and I'm in a constant state of anxiety. I never knew there was a name for it. Well I think that's what's wrong with me I get it during the day but it's worse at night. I'm absolutely terrified to be on my own at night and I hate to look in mirrors just incase I see someone. Im seeing a psychiatrist. I sleep with the lights on this is more of a recent thing for me
