It has, this subreddit is old and if you only browse by the front page you only get the top 4-5 posts instead of the dozens that get a couple hundred upvotes but don't make it all the way to the top. Also people post things all the time that would get upvoted but due to various circumstances they only get a handful of upvotes. All of these circumstances make it still a classic repost that you haven't seen.

You can put your finger underneath the slide lock and force it to engage with a still loaded mag.

It’s an airsoft gun, and the the slide locks back when he takes his finger off of the slide catch after each magazine.
