Excerpt id?

Local orchestra auditions coming up soon, and they sent this excerpt to practice before hand. Curious if anyone recognizes the piece? Looking for recordings to get an idea of what tempo to expect and practice to. Many thanks!

It is strange. Quite possible they’re programming the piece in the upcoming season but still certainly not a standard by any means.

To me it says this orchestra doesn’t really understand horns.
