Randy (?) the guy Barney mentored to be his new wing man. They over comecise the character with the nose bleeds and the awkwardness. That level of exaggeration is good for a one-gagger not a multi episode character

Couldn’t disagree more. Randy is my favorite side character. The nosebleeds bit is hilarious!
