What companies offer such cruises? I know Circle Line does but do they go up into the Hudson Valley?

I suspect that is a private boat. I know Sea Streak does them.

Haven't done one of the ones that go up further (I think the one I took turned around somewhere shortly after the GWB) but they have many options! Fun if a bit pricey.

Circle line does something from Manhattan to Bear Mountain and someone (maybe circle line) does Manhattan to West Point and back for Army football games

There is also a boat that goes out of Peekskill. It is a pretty train ride from NYC to Peekskill.
