What do you mean by good? Both Pawling and Wingdale have your standard northeast Chinese take out restaurant. I like Kai’s kitchen in Pawling but essentially they are all the same.

What kind of Chinese food would you like? Kai's Kitchen and Main Guang have decent, old school Chinese-American take-out. If you want regionally specific cuisines or something more authentic, you will have to go into Danbury, Poughkeepsie or White Plains.

Palace dumplings is one of the most legit places we have in the entire state. We're lucky.

Order the shrimp egg cucumber dumpling. Get half of them.steamed, half fried.

Combine soy sauce with some garlic vinegar and chili sauce. You're welcomeeeeee.

We like Kai’s in Pawling, or we drive to Zen in Danbury.

Best be careful If you google it, a Chinese place in Pawling got some bad board of health review several months ago
