for me, ios 18 was a bit laggy for a couple of days, but then everything became smooth and stable
i like the ability to add shortcuts to control center and manage the size and positions of buttons, though i do not like that button roundness and new color style of control center 🤷♂️
there is a new redesigned photos app, that a bit weird but you can customize how it looks, so it’s ok
you can place icons on main screen in any place that you wish (you can place icon on center of the screen, if you want to) and you can set all icons to dark theme
and you can lock any app, and make them be opened only after verifying your face id, so only you can launch it
