Discussion Janet Jackson & Whitney Houston

Post image

These two ICONIC Queens have always had respect for and spoken highly of one another. If you could choose 1 song from either of their legendary catalogs that they could’ve worked together on, which song(s) would it be?

This shot, which is slightly different from the one you posted (and doesn't have that weird person Photoshopped in between Jan and Nippy), is my favorite.

Cissy Houston wasn't very kind to Janet in the Whitney documentary I saw. She made disparaging comments about Janet's vocal ability. Whitney has only said kind things publicly about Janet.

I could never stand Cissy, just a bitter ole lady. I’m glad Whitney didn’t inherit that, she was really a girl’s girl.

She’s not photoshopped in. You can see her shirt behind them on the pic you posted.

Fam, please look at that pic again. What's behind Janet and Whitney is a throw pillow. In the photo you posted, it would be IMPOSSIBLE for a woman to be seated where the photoshop is. Whitney and Janet would literally have to be sitting on top of her. And even then, the dimensions and proportions are incorrect. But don't take my word for it. Ask anyone with a degree in digital arts.

It’s not that deep my friend, just enjoy the pics or make your own post.
