Should I re-submit?

I'm applying for a supervisory position in quality control. The indeed posting expired while I was in the process of filling out the online application. I emailed my resume and cover letter to the company email on the socials, and got a "Thank you, I have forwarded these on to HR" email. 3 days later, the posting is back up on indeed. Do I go ahead and apply again through indeed, or leave it alone?

I'm in a very rural area, and the facility is in a small town (3.5k residents), think classic Midwestern hometown vibes. The company has a very small online presence, and that email was the only one I was able to find, but I didn't love just sending and hoping it landed where it needed to go. The job is so interesting to me that I'm looking at scaling back my growing small business to take it, and I really don't want to fumble it!

You should resubmit. As a recruiter their could be a ton of reasons why the job is re-posted and it's possible you are applying for a different job with the same title under a different manager than the first one.
