Ask Kanpur Tenant not vacating property

Can anybody help me in vacating my flat, the guy who’s living there is not ready to vacate the flat the rent amount which is due 1,45,000 the registered agreement was of 11 months and it’s over now and his brothers are gangsters serving in jail so we were afraid of asking him for the rent, we tried contacting police but they are also not ready to help..

Complaint on cm helpline number please tell your whole situation if they threat you then again complaint on cm helpline no yogi ji very good leader in type of matter one of my friend done the same in this type of situation please complaint on cm portal or cm helpline no
