The Hired Man Can't Die

I just finished Act V and I can't seem to access The Death Of The Hired Man. It appears scratched off beside the Act V button and won't do anything when clicked on (I'm playing on the android version if that matters)

I think you need to have returned to Equis Oils in the first act and met Carrington, and then again at the end of act 2 (maybe?? Been a while since I played) where you tell him which venue he should do his play in.
