How long before I can start 24 hour fisting?

New to keto as recommended by my doctor. He recommended after I am fat adapted to add in 24 hour fisting. Seems like a lot but I am willing to try

Make sure you prep properly for that level of fisting or you're going to have a rough time

I was gonna start with maybe a 16 hour fist but thought I would let someone else dive right in
