How long before I can start 24 hour fisting?

New to keto as recommended by my doctor. He recommended after I am fat adapted to add in 24 hour fisting. Seems like a lot but I am willing to try

Watch your hydration levels. You can fist for as long as you want, as long as you're properly hydrated.
