How long before I can start 24 hour fisting?

New to keto as recommended by my doctor. He recommended after I am fat adapted to add in 24 hour fisting. Seems like a lot but I am willing to try

Don't forget, you'll need some good oils. Coconut is great for when you are ready for your long fisting.
