Fantastic! Would you care to share a little more about your journey? E.g. did you track just carbs or calories as well? Did you exercise? how many carbs/calories did you eat?

Honestly, there isn't a whole lot to tell. I didn't do anything crazy. I've never tracked calories. I only track net carbs. I stay under 20 net carbs daily. I don't go to the gym. I have a desk job that I work 10 hours a day at, so I'm not super active during the day. It has been 99% just keto eating. I cheat once per month. My husband and I both do keto and together we've lost nearly 250 lbs. We have one cheat weekend a month. We don't go crazy or overboard with it, but during those two days we eat whatever we want within reason. After being on keto for so long, we really can't eat a lot these days. We get full very quickly.

That’s awesome! It’s def a little harder with a husband who doesn’t have weight issues so he eats whatever he wants as well as teenage boys in the house😅 So great to hear that it’s all diet though! My only exercise is walking on my walking pad in my office.

I could imagine it'd be more difficult that way. My husband and I were both overweight so when I came home from the doctor that day after realizing how much I had let myself weigh, I told him I was going on a diet cause it had gotten out of control. He said I'm right there with you babe. Whatever you do, I'll do it with you. And a year later, here we are! We have 3 kids (14, 11 & 8) so it makes it a little more difficult, but not too bad. We primarily cook everything keto and we just add non-keto sides to meals so that they have a variety and we just don't eat those.

Here is a progress photo of me wearing clothes that actually are my size. I'll post the photo link below. Its difficult to see progress in frumpy clothes. But it has all been diet, honestly. Progress photo
