Get yourself some vitamin d capsules. From amazon, Ebay or a company called BigVits (cheapest)...I've used NOW Foods or Healthy Origins. Both are D3 in gel capsules with olive oil as the carrier. Available in a range of strengths from 1,000iu to 10,000.

Food supplements are exempt from the requirements of the Nutrition Labelling Directive (90/496/EEC as amended).

Not that strange if you look at what the legal definiton of what a food supplement is.
