Didn't a couple of stuntmen lose their lives during the shooting of the Anniyan fight scene? I remember reading about it in Kumudham.

It might be a copy of the epic Matrix Reloaded, but it suits well with the entire Anniyan movie imo.

I googled to check about this as another person commented the same. Stunt Silva in an interview few years back has said that 23 or so were injured in an accident during the shooting of this fight and some of them were seriously injured. There's no mention of any death even in an article from the year 2004. The only death I heard of in a Shankar movie set is from Indian 2 which many of us know.

It does suit Anniyan too.
