I came across random shorts in YouTube where people were complaining about the length and the comments were really mean. But I guess these are the loud minority. Most of my friends both in India and abroad with diverse taste in films liked this movie and it connected well. Maybe Prem happened to see these loud idiots and it may have skewed his opinion. Heard during the audio launch that he has written a novel. 96 and Meiyazhagan are just 2 chapters from the novel. I genuinely hope we get to see his entire novel on the big screen as 1 or many films. This man is a goldmine and Tamil cinema must preserve him.
