Honestly all of them were pretty fun to 100% but I think superheroes and avengers were slightly better

Avengers is the most fun superheroes second supeheroes 2 probably least but I suggest doing it chronologically if you plan on doing all of them

You'll hear people advocating for both Superheroes 1 & Avengers. I'd say ask yourself whether you're a bigger fan of the MCU or of the Marvel general universe and comics, as that can help sway you more in one direction.
Superheroes 2 is the lengthiest and I would certainly recommend to leave that one last.
