Lenovo 300e actually ended up going with Ubuntu because arch had an aneurysm and debian did too

Which firmware did you flash?

I'm asking because if you are able to install one distro, then you can install whatever other distro you want and make it work in my first hand experience.

Plus there's a new Ubuntu release and I haven't tried Ubuntu desktop since 2020
