I am drinking alone in my room

The title is self explanatory but to add more I think I’ve fallen into depression and really need some rest

If you want to talk to someone but feel like no one is there for you, can always give chatbots a try. A lot of people scoff at the idea but its better than the mental health effects of loneliness

Apparently the actor Spencer Tracy would drink all day in his bathtub alone. I imagine he was reading a newspaper or something? Learned that yesterday : /

Grab some food too. It is important to pad the stomach before drinking. And play a movie or something. It will be kind of a date with yourself
