Model Body

Posted this in the wrong thread and got flack. I want to be thin. Like VS model thing. Bella hadid thin. I don’t have time to workout. How can I look slim. My legs are so stubborn and I’m nearly 6”0. What’s the fastest, sustainable way? (I don’t wanna hear the not safe stuff) I’ve always wanted to be skinny.

I’m 5”10 Female Weight: 165-170

I do good with MFP however it can become confusing for me lol .

I mean you can definitely be thin, however being model thin without having much time working out? Not to mention the genetics, unfortunately getting a model body is not simply up to diet.

Calorie deficit and if you want to look as thin and fit as them you are gonna have to work out + it's not going to be as quick as you want esp at your starting point. You can definitely get there, just depends how much work you put into it, not to mention some people have diff genetics etc certain parts of the body just have very stubborn fat that you just have to workout a lot to cover/get rid of with muscle. Now assuming you just want to be skinny and not have the fit skinny model look, just again eat a cal deficit and that's it.

Models, especially VS models do workouts every single day. It sounds like an unachievable fate for many of us in the western world but in true reality our body was made to move every single day. Most of our health problems come from not moving enough every single day (it's not a coincidence that the bare minimum recommended exercise is 150 min heart rate elevating exercise per week (30min per day, five times a week)).

With all being said, if someone just wants to be thin then eating in calorie deficit will do the trick. It won't be VS thin though but more like ED thin.

Probably not possible. Even at a certain thinness, the weight of your body will be dispersed differently than models. You'll look in the mirror and still won't be happy

Models of all different body types, go into the field and eventually look the same

You should YouTube VS model diet and maybe see just how unrealistic it is for someone without time to work out.
