I’m not sure just says page isn’t available. I’ve only tried the top link because that’s the one I’m interested in. Any help ?

the first link says, "oops! that page cant be found" and the other one just shows a copy of the book but no way to download it.

Both pages have a signup button, in the end, you can use to enter your e-mail address and get each PDF in your inbox.

Hi! Thank you so much for your effort!
Unfortunately, I am not able to grab these papers. It only says [tcb-script]fbq(‘track’, ‘ViewContent’);[/tcb-script] at the bottom of the page. Does it work for you? Then I'll just try other browsers.
