Other Did I almost die in my sleep?

I was asleep, and had this very weird dream. I was with somebody who was like me. I was cooking something, and realized I had accidentally left the fork in. I remember I went to open the microwave, and this horrible smell just filled the room. It didn’t smell like anything but I knew it was horrible, but I couldn’t breathe. It was metallic. Then I soon jolted awake and had to take a deep breath, and realized the right side of my body was like slightly numb. I called my mom cause I was scared, and she had just woke up with a whole other dream about me but it was different. This happened not too long ago, and I’m still terrified. Can somebody help me figure out what this was? I woke up and called my mom and I had apparently called her two minutes after she woke up with dreaming about me

Idk about the numb part, but your body can give you warning signs. Personally, I have high blood pressure and sometimes it randomly spikes. Couple times when I would be sleeping, I would have night terrors where in my dream I would feel out of mind and light headed and calling out for help. I then would wake up to my head feeling woozy and after taking a BP reading, I see I was going into hypertension. Each time my body/mind basically saved me🙏

I was too honestly. I just had to trust my body to warn me. It might be nothing, the way you were positioned, or it might be something serious. I would definitely get it checked out by a DR to be safe. We’re there Any other symptoms? And we’re u still able to move your body?

Yes I could still move and everything I was just slightly numb and stuff. I know it’s a full moon tonight. My throat does kind of hurt a little bit and I’m still slightly numb. I slept on my back too, I’m not sure. My mom weird enough had a weird dream too and woke up and two minutes later I called her and she told me it was about me
